The development to be implemented in accordance with the approved details and retained as such in perpetuity. 7.The landscaping details to be submitted in accordance with Condition 1 to include (where relevant):(a) indications of all existing trees and hedgerows on the land; (b) details of any trees and hedgerows to be retained, together with measures for their protection in the course of development; (c) all species, planting sizes and planting densities, spread of all trees and hedgerows within or overhanging the site, in relation to the proposed buildings, roads, and other works; (d) finished levels and contours; (e) details of hard surfaces;(f) means of enclosure; (g) minor artefacts and structures (e.g. furniture, refuse and other storage units, signs, lighting etc.); and(h) programme of implementation. The development to be implemented fully in accordance with the approved details and retained in perpetuity.8. The landscaping scheme, as agreed under the terms of Condition 1, to be fully completed, in accordance with the approved details, in the first planting and seeding season following the first occupation of any part of the development or in
